Fellowship position: Assessed a sector of the workforce’s computer literacy and basic computing skills prior to the site’s comprehensive Enterprise Resource Planning software implementation. Developed and deployed measurement tools to determine which individuals required additional training. Designed the “Basic Skills Training” module to be used that would prepare individuals for subsequent software rollout. Collaborated with Northrop Grumman staff the overall training plan, class enrollment/scheduling, and facility/IT requirements to implement basic skills training program.
