• Perform Brix, TA, pH, VA, EtOH, Free SO2, Total SO2, along with enzymatic analysis for: glucose/fructose, malic acid, ammonia, and amino nitrogen on berry, tank, and barrel samples.• Perform and process vineyard grape samples.• Record daily Brix and temperature checks on all tanks & barrels.• Communicate with winemaking staff on lab & cellar updates.

Perform winery lab analysis on wine samples. Run TA, pH, alcohol, Free SO2, Glucose/Fructose, Nitrogen, Malic acid, Volitle acid, Dissolved Oxygen, and CO2 analysis.During harvest collected grape samples from various Napa Valley vineyards to perform Brix, TA, pH analysis and report findings to the winemaker.
