MELTS is a plant-based food manufacturing company from Indonesia that makes healthier options available for all, for you to enjoy at home or for your business.What did I do?- Managing and executing the promotion strategy on each E-commerce to gain traffic and conversions.- Managing end-to-end E-commerce needs start from shop & showcase visuals concept, Key messages, and manage E-commerce Ads. - Managing end-to-end Facebook Ads needs start from brainstorming ads objective, content ideation, creation, and until Ads distribution (including A/B Testing).- Crafting day-to-day content marketing, briefing to designers, copywriting content, posting to each channel, and analyzing each performance to generate clear suggestions for the next ideation.- Coordinating with the TikTok Team in executing the content ideation that has been created.- Building and managing good relationships with customers to create a joyful shopping experience and sustainability relationship.- Collaborating and maintaining a relationship with Key Opinion Leader (KOL) / Affiliate partner to ensure the bond between KOL / affiliate partner and brand are warm and connected to each other.- Leading and developing 5 Marketing Team Members that each fit in different roles.Accomplishments:- Collaborated and connected with more than 100+ relatable KOL & affiliate partner during Holiday / Ramadan Season- Acquired more than 118K+ views on one KOL's Content organically- Acquired more than 1 Million+ Reach on Social Media during Holiday Season 2022 & 3 Million+ Reach both organically or inorganically during Ramadan Season 2023.- Acquired Mostly 10x ROAS on E-commerce and 42x ROAS is the biggest during Ramadan Event 2023.- Acquired 99% Performance chat on each E-commerce- Created joyful shopping experience and handling customer complaint correctly.
