Being a credible, reliable and genuine person who is sincere in helping people, I am also recognized for being a trustworthy and reliable team member who works as a team towards achieving team goals.Equipped with the ability to effectively communicate and can present complicated ideas clearly to others. I worked well under great pressure and stressful environment.I am experienced and equipped with skill to handle multiple sites and cultures across Asia Pacific and Middle East regions. Being an active learner and open to new ideas, it allows me to have an open mind for adaptability and changes. I have acquired the skill to consistently deliver results and provide innovative solutions. I’m able to respond efficiently during an emergency and on short notice assignment, as well as having the ability to solve difficult and complicated problems.Being a certified facilitator and trainer, I’m able to conduct training and coaching for various group or individual.I understand the importance of problem solving and how to guide others in seeking solutions. I learnt the concepts and application of situational leadership skill to recognize and motivate individual to achieve goal’s. Having mastered the principles, concepts and theories of various Safety, Health and Environmental management system, it allows me to assist company in minimizing the impacts and advise on the implications of various workplace safety, health and environmental policies and legislation across regional countries (i.e. Asia Pacific and Middle East). I have the knowledge to identify key success factors of compliance review and audit for integrated management system programs (i.e. safety, health and environment).
