Launch and manage multiple projects in the North America region. Assume full responsibility for Sales, Retention, Development Roadmap, Marketing, P&L and identify new opportunities.• Plan and launch projects catered to the North American market by successfully deploying CBT, OBT and Official launch. • Generate metric data and surveys to analyze areas of success and/or improvements and successfully rectify the issues.• Oversee entire Operations including, Sales, Strategy, Deployment, Development, Customer Service, and new business initiatives.• Global coordination across multiple subsidiaries in Korea, Japan, Brazil, and Europe.• Create business initiatives to help increase company value and revenue through alternative revenue streams.• Create and execute business plans with multiple scenarios for new and existing projects to ensure positive ROI and predictability.

Interface with licensor (Dream Works Animation) to rectify issues and ensure all scheduled deliverables are on track. Overseeing Customer Service, QA, Server Stability and CCU metrics. Manage the Production environment and lead efforts on scheduled maintenance/updates.• Manage schedule for website maintenance across all environments.• Facilitate development and implementations.• Point of contact and escalation for Moderation, Customer Service, Quality Assurance, CCU Metrics and overall health of the website.• Create and provide design features to improve the user experience by analyzing metric data and feedback from focus groups

Manage daily schedule of deliverables across multiple accounts. Manage resources from local headquarters and offshore teams based on prioritization of individual projects. Negotiate SOW with external developers and manage new revenue opportunities.• Manage internal and external resources to ensure delivery of individual projects.• Generate production schedules by coordinating with Sales.• Research and initiate new revenue opportunities.• Lead efforts in establishing new porting/development studios offshore.• Manage key accounts: Verizon, AT&T, Apple, Sprint and Facebook.• Created and manage internal Customer Support department.• Oversee localization to ensure text is suitable for North America.• Manage QA efforts across all internal projects.• Create and globalize internal QA test plans whilst actively updating said document to reflect changes implemented by partners and general industry expectations.

Lead Quality Assurance efforts in launching AA/AAA titles across multiple console platforms. Lead teams of up to 25 members locally and channeled communication to developers and senior management.
