In my past experiences (10 yeas+) with the role in head of B2B sales in Coats Plc (global leading sewing thread company) and Talon International (US base NMC for trims & accessories). I have spent 50%+ of my time building sales team and we successfully acquired growing domestic B2B sales for the company, open a new market and dealing with new team is not easy and challenging, but I am glad to see the team's growth in the past years and I am really enjoying the time with the team we built start from zero. In the previous job, I respond to take the lead of APAC sales team to develop new business opportunities in South Asian counties such as Vietnam, Thailand & Indonesia etc... With the role in business development, we spent a lot of time building partnership with local distributors/unions, also organized events and sponsorships with our target customers in order to increase the brand exposure locally. Eventually, we got our first big order from a famous global brand in Vietnam, and the business relationship is still close with my previous company. As co-founder of Wada Bento, I am excited to express my experiences of B2B sales can build a strong sales team in HK & Asian countries, and looking for dramatic growth with my team and company in the coming years.
