In my current position, I define and implement tour details for performing artists, create and review contracts, and compile analytics to inform booking decisions for both internal and external stakeholders. Resulting in extensive 10-year experience in negotiating complex performance agreements. Forecast budgets and predict feasibility across multiple platforms, vendors, and objectives. I work cross-functionally to drive new partnerships, promote new business opportunities to existing partners and manage current partnerships to optimize business growth. I collaborate in the development of processes and systems to track, review, and complete engagements to ensure the highest possible professionalism and uniformity. Consistently working in a fast-paced environment where precise attention to detail and the ability to strategize quickly and methodically are imperative to each and every engagement and must be executed concurrently on a daily basis. For the past year, my specific focus has been to build new professional opportunities for both our Contemporary and Country roster of Artists. My territories include the entire US and Canada for Contemporary clients as well as focusing on the west coast for Country clients.
