Originally incubated as a new product offering for Crowe Paradis Services Corporation, Ametros Financial was co-founded by Ken, his executive team, and Clarion Capital Partners and spun-out as an independent organization in 2010. The patent-pending, proprietary technology developed by Ametros, CareGuard, raises the quality, lowers the cost, and quickens the pace of resolution of post-settlement professional administration. Ametros marks Ken's fourth entreprenurial play in the property and casualty marketplace.

Kenneth J. Paradis was co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Crowe Paradis Services Corporation ("CPSC") from its creation in 2006 through its sale in 2010 and leadership transition in 2011. During his tenure, Ken lead the enterprise to a 1,207% growth in revenues during a tumultuous economic period. CPSC was proud to count some of the nation's most prestigious insurance carriers and corporations as client partners. For their efforts, he and his team secured a #255 overall national ranking and #20 in the insurance industry by Inc. 500 in 2010. The dynamics behind the sale of CPSC also garnered the 2011 Middle Market Deal of the year award from New York's ACG. As with his other businesses, CPSC bridged the insurance industry to state and federal government to drive both compliance and savings for his clients. Ken credits a dynamic, metrics-driven culture, a relentless focus on excellence by its employees, as well as a nimble, innovative approach to a difficult compliance challenge as the basis of CPSC's many successes.

Originally founded as a solo consulting and specialized subrogation recovery company in 1999, Alternative Risk Concepts ("ARC") provided all of the original funding for both Crowe Paradis organizations. With more than $200m in national Second Injury Fund recoveries, reserve relief, and statutory subrogation for the largest workers' compensation carriers, TPAs, and self-insured corporations in the nation, ARC was a wonderful first entreprenurial experience for Ken. With its rapid ascension, the value of scalable systems, evangelical employees, innovative technology were first fully realized at ARC. Alternative Risk Concepts was also sold as part of the Crowe Paradis, and Albren acquisition in 2010 and is now know as Adeo Solutions.

Now known as the Advocator Group, Ken co-founded Crowe, Paradis & Albren with two other attorneys, Mike Crowe and Brett Albren in 2002. From the outset, CP&A drove successful outcomes and critical recoveries to both SSDI beneficiaries and Long Term Disability underwriters. With the familiar pattern of an ongoing investment in crafting technological solutions, a continual focus on operational and customer service excellence, as well as a sustained dedication to the development of its personnel and culture, the enterprise quickly became - - and remains - - a leader in the SSDI advocacy realm. In addition to many awards and honors, CP&A secured number #1876 in the 2009 Inc. 5000. Seperated in 2006, Ken's role in CP&A ended with a successful sale in 2010 in a different transaction than the CPSC sale (see above)

As Chief-of-Staff for Massachusetts Department of Labor and Workforce Development, Ken was in charge of the day-to-day oversight of 11 sub agencies, 3000 employees and more than $300 million in budget. Ken has leveraged this experience into an ongoing effort to deliver value to the government agencies as well as play advocate for his clients' interests. Because his tenure was prompted by the lure of a business opportunity, Ken was happy to return to a part-time oversight role as a Governor Romney appointee to the Advisory Council of one of those sub-agencies, the Division of Industrial Accidents, until his term ended in 2009.

Defended the Workers' Compensation Trust Fund for uninsured employers, defended the WCTF against claims for Second Injury Fund recoveries, and prosecuted employers for failure to carry workers' compensation insurance. Pioneered use of criminal statute and criminal restitution to recover from bankrupt or judgment-proof employers.

Co-created and managed first ever Truman Scholars week in Independence, Missouri, co-created and managed first Visiting Scholars program in Washington, DC, and promoted the Foundation and spoke on President Truman.
