Carla Guilhem studied architecture in São Paulo, Brazil, and graduated with a degree in Interior Design from the Instituto Europeo di Design (IED) in Madrid, Spain. She curated numerous original design exhibitions throughout Europe at global industry-specific events such as ‘Salone del Mobile’ in Milan and the ‘Biennale di Architettura di Venezia’ in Venice, Italy. Throughout her career, Carla has had the distinct honor to collaborate with some of the most renowned names in design, including Humberto and Fernando Campana (Campana Brothers), Andrea Ciszak (Ciszak Dalmas), Alexander Von Vegesack (Vitra Design Museum Basel), and others. During the past fifteen years, the scope of Carla’s work expanded to encompass a wide variety of design/build projects including luxury residential, high-end condominiums, commercial, hospitality, and yacht interior design. Carla works throughout the USA, Europe, and Brazil for her clients. Carla Guilhem Design is a full-service interior design studio with over a decade of experience ranging from luxury residential and commercial to hospitality and yachting. Carla Guilhem, our founder and Principal Designer, educated in Italy and Spain, has worked with clients all over the world on international interior architecture and design projects. We view each project as a unique opportunity to help our clients realize their dreams and desires within their distinctive built environment with its particular configuration. Through a collaborative and creative process, we realize results that are one of a kind and blend our client’s and Carla’s visions into an aesthetically beautiful design while responding to functional needs. Our team consists of highly qualified professionals from all architecture and interior design disciplines such as architectural design, interior design, CAD drafting & 3D rendering, FF&E purchasing, owner’s representation, and project management.
