Partnering with the Product Areas/Families I oversee the flow of work through system, including intake, prioritization, tracking and reporting, to enable our business teams and leadership see progress, remove blockers and make decisions needed to deliver the most value to the organization. I provide management, oversight, and support to all Product Area members, collaborating across varying levels and roles, leading teams towards portfolio prioritization, resource utilization as well as overall company growth and improvement. I also actively manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
