Recent successes include the management and delivery of a business transformation effort, targeted at bringing together multiple merging businesses into a single, integrated set of capabilities.

Lash Group, a part of AmerisourceBergen, is a patient support services company. In this role, I supported patients, clients, and the company by defining and delivering the strategy and business intelligence capabilities. Through a combination of portfolio management and agile methodologies, we managed the definition and execution of the product roadmap. We combined this roadmap with data-driven management and business intelligence (BI) capabilities, yielding patient-focused differentiation and innovation. Prior to this position, I supported our patients, our clients, and Lash Group by managing the strategy and execution of technology and IT efforts for the division. My team, which was appx. 400 engineers and managers, focused on the development, and delivery of technology solutions for the company and clients, including activities around e-services, CRM, and vendor/partner integration. We also led the development of new technologies that enable the Lash Group to differentiate our ability to serve patients and to carry out on-going business operations.

Prior to its acquisition by Netcracker, INC., Convergys Information Systems provided Business Support System (BSS) products to some of the world's largest telecommunications, cable, and utility customers. Working as a senior member of the leadership team, I led the $350M global portfolio of products, serving all verticals and regions. In this role, I managed a distributed team who set the strategy, roadmap, and specifications for the product roadmap.

Prior to its acquisition by Centurylink, Inc., Qwest Communications provided a full spectrum of residential and commercial services to customers within its 14 state region. Working first as a leader in the network technology organization, then as a leader in the product management organization, I spanned many different roles in the company. Most recently, I managed $500M+ lines of business by acting as “internal CEO” across all aspects of a product or portfolio, providing a single point of accountability for all product P&L, development, operations, and performance.
