Leading the Global expansion PayPal Working Capital to AU/UK. https://www.paypal.com/webapps/workingcapital/I worked with internal and external stakeholders across multiple domains (Credit Policy, Compliance, Risk, Legal, Tax, Treasury, Regional Business owners, 3rd Party vendors) to launch our PPWC Small Business Lending product in 2 new regions. This required stakeholder management across multiple regions (Singapore, Ireland, Australia, San Jose, UK and Baltimore). Post launch I worked with the regional teams to audit and improve the product offerings which allowed us to exceed our annual targets.

A two-year, job rotation program available to high performing employee, in which ten candidates (called cohorts) are selected to complete four rotations within three technology groups and one non-technology group during the program, with the end goal of becoming a senior leader within the company. Innovation – Relocated to Singapore and worked with the Innovation Director to build out a team to provide one off innovative solutions for new merchants & partners including building the foundation for Japan’s KYC requirements, and phase 2 of the Singapore MRT Shop on the Go pilot. Team Leadership – Hired, trained and developed a team of Technical Account Managers to service EMEA’s largest Merchants & Partners. The operating procedures and success of the team won accolades across the company and was the foundation for expanding the team globally. Marketing and Business Development – Relocated to Hong Kong and helped NA, & EMEA merchants setup Cross Border Trade marketing pipelines and support structures to deal with shipping, risk and compliance issues. We increased the presence of several key brands in China and the initiative was so successful some of the merchants are now investing in local offices in Shanghai and Beijing to service the new growth.Data Management – Acted as a consultant to the director and helped shape the new face of Commerce Insights by providing the voice of the Merchant and representing the teams that support those merchants.

EU/APAC Engagement Manager and recently selected to partake in the PayPal Technology Leadership Program. I created the EU/APAC Technical Account Management process and helped improve the Technical Account Management of some of our largest merchants. I also helped identify areas in current technologies that are sub-optimal and made detailed business cases for funding the improvements. I developed strong working relationships with our internal and external stakeholders. My strengths in this role include facilitating intuitive problem diagnosis and creative and innovative resolution in relevant areas, rapidly mastering and utilizing current technologies to innovate creative solutions and solve challenging technical problems, project management of some key TPV impacting issues, I fostered good relations with the Merchant Operations Team, in particular with Account and Relationship Management, and displayed excellent soft skills for Merchant facing tasks, such as creating onsite merchant workshops. I also initiated, developed and managed many projects one of which is on it's way to being patented by the company. My most recent accomplishment was being selected as one of the top ten talents within technology to join a 2 year leadership program.
