In May 2024, I joined a great organization disrupting the way home healthcare is delivered, by allowing the individual in need and their family members to dictate the care experience without service minimums. CaringOnDemand leverages technology to create a frictionless at-home care experience without sacrificing the trust and quality that aging adults need and deserve. This role will allow me to blend my years of experience in marketing, public relations, and business/referral development in senior living and physician relations to grow the organization in Arizona, and beyond. Most recently, I was the physician liaison for Arizona Urology Specialists, responsible for building referrals for a large group of physicians and advanced practitioners across Phoenix and Tucson.For more than 10 years, I was the director of Marketing & Communications for Sun Health, a $400-million organization whose focus is the well-being of those we served. Sun Health includes Arizona’s largest nonprofit senior living provider, the fastest-growing “continuing care at home” program in the United States, a nonprofit foundation supporting two community medical centers, and a community health and wellness division serving thousands of clients annually. I’ve managed and executed international public relations campaigns and crisis response, large-scale product and project launches, and directly supported the C-Suite in managing multi-faceted communications initiatives. I’ve also been involved in multi-billion DoD contracts and high-level sports, music, and entertainment projects, including attending the Grammys. And I once secured a live segment with Todd McFarlane on what became at the time the most-watched 10 minutes in "ESPN SportsCenter" history.

At start-up and for the first four years, I managed the project’s $600,000 annual budget, including creative direction for photography, graphic design, writing as well as distribution of up to 120,000 copies. I've led research and focus group projects to validate KPIs and ROI netting a $150,000 savings annually in 2018 and additional significant cost savings in 2020. -
