We develop youth in basketball, baseball, soccer, football, golf and tennis while showing them how to transfer the skills learned through sports to everyday living.

Appraiser/Property Inspector - Developed residential & commercial real estate appraisal, inspection and property management corporation. Provide opinions of valuation and report generation for mortgage institutions. Property and project management functions include: budgeting, survey and permitting, equipment and materials purchase, leasing and sales negotiations.•Successfully performed property valuations and inspections totaling 750 to 1000 inspections monthly

Successfully launched and managed $3 million retail cellular start-up. Responsible for five retail locations and the management of a staff of 10 inside and outside sales, technical support and administrative staff.
