Then go to work here and you will find many decades of paper in hundreds of file cabinets and work with multiple programs that aren't linked to one another so you have to enter things three times to three separate programs to create a simple invoice for a customer, for example. Yikes! This is when I decided to make all those management headaches my own and start up Climate Pro!

Under my direction, I managed our dispatcher and up to sixteen service technicians. I approved all sales proposals for maintenance contracts being proposed to prospective customers. I also provided safety and educational meetings for the company on a weekly basis, set up equipment tasking for every HVAC system under contract, provided technical support for technician staff, and visited customers at their place of business.While at Linc, I was able to increase their gross profit to the corporate target level for the first time and many, many years!I loved this company and thought I would retire from there one day, but things surely did change once the new president started with the company and changed absolutely everything!

This was a great company where I enjoyed my accounts very much and my co-workers. The owners really had things together. I left because I was actually working too many hours and no days off for months when things got crazy busy! That's a first. A fantastic company to work for!
