Led team of 5 personnel recruiting Officer talent on college and university campuses across Central Illinois. Sourced, secured, and onboarded civilian talent for Officer training and commissioning. 1. Developed an email prospecting tool and executed talent pipeline development principles that increased annual production of the station by 240% over 2 years. 2.
