Coordinating and integrating radiation shielding designs through a direct relationship with Nelco for both traditional and design-build concepts.

Specializing in radiation shielding design for the healthcare industry; primarily focusing oncancer treatment facilities. Projects include both new and existing facility updates including Linear accelerators, brachy therapy and MRI surgery suites at locations in the U.S. and abroad. Nelco is a worldwide leader in radiation shielding technology including a wide assortment of room, duct and door products with full design and installation services including design/build from the ground-up.

Hired to coordinate and troubleshoot the integration of Nelco's custom designed radiation and RF shielded doors at a first-of-its-kind MRI surgery suite in Toronto ON. Work included development of new bi-parting radiation/RF shielded door systems with significant customization of structure, shielding and operation.

Contributing to designs and managing projects through DD, CD and CA for a variety of clients in a team oriented office.

Successfully completed more than thirty commercial, institutional and residential projects for a wide variety of clients.
