My vocational purpose is holistically coaching young adults to discover, grow and develop into their true, authentic self; the purpose they were created for!I was called to serving young adults more than 30 years ago, and I have been on that journey ever since. What seemed like a management mistake then, turned out to be a supernatural intervention by God to align my life’s work with what He created me for. It is my life’s mission to serve young adults, coaching them to become their true, authentic self.A retired Air Force Veteran, I served on active duty for 23 years in several positions at multiple locations around the globe, ranging from an aircraft systems technician to senior management, culminating his Air Force career as a Career Assistance Advisor, where I mentored and facilitated the career development of aspiring Air Force leaders.For more than 23 years after retiring from the Air Force, I was on staff at the University of Central Missouri (UCM), where I was actively engaged in providing the service, leadership, and management for student success related services, academic advising, and career development services, where I authored the curriculum for exploring majors and careers and founded UCM’s Open Option program. Throughout my tenure at UCM, I provided individualized career and life coaching services to more than 6,000 students, alumni, and friends of the university, while also teaching courses in Management and Organizational Behavior.Now in my twilight career, I am the Founder and Principal of The Master Plan – Life Coaching (LLC), where I continue privately in this vocational purpose to provide career and life coaching services.I will never completely retire; purpose doesn’t expire!
