Executed M&A transactions in North America, Europe and Asia. Executed the acquisition of a 500-employee subsidiary (Casix Inc.) in China. Conducted multi-national purchase negotiations, managed government relations, due diligence and post-acquisition integration over a 12 month period. In-house General Partner of JDSU’s venture capital portfolio. I managed the portfolio, represented JDSU on the boards of investee companies, made investments and divested companies.
