Led and managed Client Services, Marketing-Sales and Creative Services teams. Developed strategic plans, budgets and organizational structure; recruited, hired and supervised staff.

Managed Sales, Account Management, and Creative Services. Consolidated and centralized management structure; integrated internal departments to improve the “design and production” process. Directed transformation, rebranding from “fee-for-service” vendor to a full-service presentation company, resulting in increased profitability, market share, and broader and deeper service offering.

Directed scheduling, budgeting and purchasing; hired and reviewed staff; developed project estimates; managed production and post-production projects; made sales presentations and developed marketing plans and materials. Managed post production for several national broadcast series. Developed design and production services with the flexibility, capacity, capability, and quality to effectively and efficiently satisfy variable and unpredictable client demand.

To meet sudden increase in demand, was promoted on an interim basis to newly created position to direct video production, post production services ensuring services met or exceeded client needs. Recruited, hired and managed staff and growing freelance corp. Set schedule and budget expectations with clients, sales and staff to eliminate surprises and overruns and ensure profitability.

Edited broadcast, marketing, sales, training, museum, learning programs for producers, corporate and agency clients.

Creative direction, video editing and special effects, videographer, lighting director, facility engineer for various video design-production firms, production and project management for broadcast, advertising, live event; museum; marketing, and training. Live broadcast producing and directing. Taught all facets of video production.
