Member of the NAND and Drive Qual team focused on sustaining current SATA boot and data drives. Performed qualifications of new SATA and NVMe drives. Supported manufacturing of new Pure NVMe drives by sustaining and extending the manufacturing tool and ran the release to manufacturing meetings during drive development. Worked on the development of a triage tool that would automatically triage field failures through analysis of system logs. Participated in Tier-1 and Tier-2 customer escalations activities.• Drove the qualifications of 2 new SATA boot drives, 2 new SATA SATA drives and one NVME Caching drive.• Collaborated to improve the manufacturing tool used in the production of Pure’s own NVMe FLASH drives. • Developed Release-to-Manufacturing process to approve NPI build starts at the OEM. This allowed Pure to scale from managing the NPI builds of a single FLASH drive to the simultaneous development of multiple drives.

Operated as the technical communications focal point between the customer and internal sales/engineering teams during the customer’s product qualification and sustaining.
