I initiated and worked with an exemplary team of people to produce a gala event centeredaround 25 years of one of the most successful record companies in the music industry.The sold-out event attracted the largest gathering of former employees and executivesin any label's history. The event captured the attention of press and social media and attracted platinum recording artists Dionne Warwick and Alan Parson. The event also housed a "Pop Up Museum" that featured memorabilia and collectibles from artists and staff. The reunion became a media event with Showbiz 411, Billboard Magazine, Wire Image and Hits Magazine covering this once-in-a-lifetime event. I produced two videos for the reunion, an Arista Greatest Hits retrospective and a In Memoriam piece currently on YouTube.

I hired and managed a team of top-notch creative professionals including designers, copywriters, producers, product managers and advertising executives whose responsibilities includedthe Arista label and it's roster of artists as well as Bad Boy Entertainment, LaFace Records, Fox Records and several other joint venture deals. In addition, I was hands-on on writing/producing and creating several of the projects that helped earn the label the respect from our peers and competitors.
