Marathon Health has delivered more than $1billion in savings to its clients.• Lead the Software and Mobile Engineering Agile teams, comprised of solution architects, engineers, product owners, quality assurance, design and international OPD teams, collectively responsible for all organization application integrations, APIs (RESTful & SOAP), and web portals and mobile (iOS-Kotlin, Android-Kotlin) applications.• Lead the Data Integration (HL7) and Data Architect teams, implementing new cloud Enterprise Data Warehouse architecture and defining data automations for ETL pipelines for data ingestion, utilizing cloud native functionality.• Collaborate with stakeholders of the business and executive management team to ensure that IT Ops, Software, Data, and QA concerns and priorities are addressed in our technology strategy to achieve objectives of the organization.• Managed the definition, documentation and implementation of IT and security policies and compliance protocols to create a secure environment based on HIPAA standards and verified for HITRUST certification.• Responsible and accountable for quality, governance, and security of PII/PHI data across all strategic initiatives.• Define Healthtech solutions: inception, design, project and budget creation, technology, and team selection ensuring all production solutions are highly scalable, redundant and performant.• Develop and manage project roadmaps for product offering(s), integrating the product strategy, inclusive of timelines, risks, and dependencies.• Managed tech stack migration following organization acquisition, including hundreds of thousands of patient records and associated files from custom EMR to Athena, and merged software engineering teams and data teams.
