Leading the client side work on the test management product in Windriver.My work includes hands on development of a flex application, working with a huge and smark Java backend.My work also includes decisions of UI in the company, working on usability issues, making legacy code better, cleaner and faster.The nature of the work is working in XP mode, working with short iterations, short deadlines and small projects at each time.The work also includes making the product more open, making external services able to use this product for reporting and more.The work also includes working with management, accepting high level demands and being able to low-level the demands into code and features in the system.

This project is yet undisclosed, I will write what I can about it.The work included extensive client side work, working on a SAAS project that will server millions of users, the work included browser compatibility, valid HTML & CSS also extensive JS work to make the UI as rich and responsive as possible.The server side work includes working with Ruby On Rails, MySql Databases and making a website that will serve millions of users, files and data.Also, the work included a server infrastructure to hold this SAAS project.Working with Amazon AWS, EC2 and EngineYard for hosting this project and working with staging and production environment.All of the server side code was written with TDD, BDD which enables changes very fat and a process of develop->test->production very easily.

Working with Mantis included development of websites with .net c# and SQL server.The work included working with a system that the company built internally and working with those API's and working methods.Another main aspect of my work in Mantis was client side development and bringing designs to life using HTML, CSS and Mootools as the JS Framework.For my client side work I used Compass & Sass ruby libraries to work with CSS more efficient and fast.

My work in VMWare included 2 main things1. Flex complete course5 days long course (full days) included bringing a team up to speed with flex, including the RobotLegs MVC framework, hands on exercises in class and online.The course also included writing totally and completely fresh and new materials for the company, the demand was for a course to fit around the company and this is what I did.2. MVC Framework consultingOne other thing at VMWare included sitting down and hearing requirements for a totally new application a team was going to build and figuring out the best MVCS framework to use.I changed the company's direction from using one framework to the other which eventually was a very good decision and saved the company many development hours.
