Developed click-to-dial application using Acme Packet's Application Session Contoller.Developed a pre-processor application and plug-in for a Click-to-dial feature using Microsoft's UIAutomation and SmartTag managed APIs. Other responsibilities included setting up Citrix system for feasibility studies.
