As a Delivery Driver at Keystone I'm in charge of customer satisfaction and growing our customer base. I deal with customer complaints as well as scheduling of deliveries in my designated area.

Some of my responsibilities at Café Murrayhill included dishwashing, maintaining flow of the kitchen, salad preparation, food preparation and closing the kitchen for the evening.

At Saturn I was part of a 2 man team that washed, waxed and polished exteriors of all vehicles as well as vacuuming, spot checking and polishing the interiors of all vehicles for sale at the dealership.

As a Round Table Supervisor my main responsibilities were in the evening, I was in charge of making sure everything was running smoothly and doing what needed to be done to make this happen. I was trained to do all tasks including dough preparation, pizza delivery, cashier and kitchen duties. I also dealt with all customer complaints in the evening and had the authority to fix those as needed.

I mainly worked in the footwear department helping match people up with the best shoe to fit their needs, I was also in charge of inventory management in the footwear department.

As a holiday employee I was hired on to the night crew to unload trucks and stock shelves, if our shift carried on until the next morning I was also used as a backup cashier.
