In the past 2 years, led operational programs resulting in savings and 30-40% improvements in IT service levels. Directed the decommission of legacy systems and processes while maintaining the stability and growth of IT through the continued training and retooling of employee skills resulting in the professional growth and long-term retention of human capital.
