Retired as CFO from Marco's Franchising, LLC (Franchisor of the 1,100 unit Marco's Pizza chain) December, 2018. While I continue in a background board position at Marco's, I now focus on giving back through a very active volunteer role in Community and non-profit organizations. Currently Chairman of the Finance Committee, and formerly Chair of the Food and Beverage Committee at Sarasota National, a golf and multi- amenity lifestyle community in Venice, Florida. I'm passionate about making my Community an even better place to live, work and play. I approach financial matters in a conservative manner, yet am cognizant of protecting our property values and why members moved here. I have tried to establish measurable goals and improve accountability for all management team members and will continue to do so. I believe it is important to listen to what fellow Members want in the Community and try to help achieve those objectives. I encourage the use of member led committees to obtain input to make the best possible decisions for the Community. And finally, I seek to be Servant style leader and worthy of your Trust.
