As the CEO of Tall Hat Foods, a proprietary food development and manufacturing company, I have over 28 years of experience in creating and delivering customized, high-quality sauces & soups and ready-to-eat, center-of-the-plate entrees. My focus in creating Tall Hat Foods has been to provide core culinary solutions for chefs and brands as they expand their operations and face the challenges inherent to their success as they expand and grow. My core competency is in providing culinary resources focused on optimizing operations and strengthening financial success for growing brands and large-volume culinary operations. At Tall Hat Foods we work as long-term, strategic trade partners with restaurants and food service, read-to-eat meals replacement, retail sales consumer packaged goods, and large-scale industrial food and service providers. I am passionate about leading a team of talented and dedicated professionals who share my vision of providing exceptional food solutions that create real solutions for our clients and customers.I am a classically trained chef and hold an MBA in Finance and Operations Management. I am certified as a World Master Chef, a Fellow within the World Master Chef Society, an ACF Certified Executive Chef and ACF Certified Culinary Administrator, a Fellow of the American Academy of Chefs, and as a Fellow and Hall of Fame Member in the Academy Brilllat-Savarin.As a manufacturing executive, I am additionally certified as a SQF (GFSI) Administrator, HACCP Administrator & Developer and hold grants of inspection with the FDA, USDA-FSIS, and USDA Certified Organic Manufacturing Services.
