International Business Development for advanced sensors for Lockheed Martin MFC.

Terma Aeronautics Business Area Vice_President for Business Development. Encompass all US aerial platform requirements within Terma's portfolio of platform system integration, advanced counter-measures expendables/systems, self-protection jamming pylons, and 3D audio systems. Responsible for leading the US team with strategic engagement strategies, capture management plans, and cradle-to-grave business development of new and existing customers. Build upon USG trusted relationships to ensure Terma meets new requirements demands while executing/delivering on current programs. Responsible for ensuring the business development team achieves Terma's order intake with a substantial growth to exceed Terma's strategic goals. Lead Terma North America's system integrity team to ensure all products meet USG export requirements. Work to achieve synergistic capabilities of Terma's 70 years of knowledge/expertise with the new capabilities of Terma North America to deliver Electronic Warfare advanced systems to the Global Market.

Lead the US global business development team to conceive, develop, pursue, and capture programs in the application areas of self-protection, applied aerostructures, and audio systems; responsible for leading the US-based team in developing and refining capture plan objectives, strategies, and tactics in conjunction with qualifying and quantifying opportunities; interfaces directly with customer decision-makers to shape Terma AER opportunities and optimize business cases for new/existing products, technologies, and services; evaluate and assess the effectiveness of Terma US-based business development personnel and programs and implements changes as required; coordinate US attendance/attend appropriate customer meetings pertaining to Terma AER US-based team objectives. Maintain trusted relationships with specific customers to further understand and anticipate their needs/requirements; expand customer awareness of Terma’s portfolio of self-protection systems, F-35 aerostructures, advanced aerostructures, electronic manufacturing services, and 3D audio capabilities through participation in industry days and associations, direct contact with end-users and prime customers; serve as a teammate with Terma global business development team to enhance organizational capabilities focusing on a global framework, develop and implement synergistic processes to leverage scalable execution within the guidelines of the approved Special Security Agreement with the US Government.

POC for business development and interaction with Robins AFB, particularly with the USAF and FMS organizations; coordinate and execute meetings (internally and externally) in relation to business development, proposal, and contract opportunities; represent Terma North America at various airshows, including the Singapore Airshow, Dixie Crow Symposium, EAGER Team Conference, and Air Force Association Symposium to ensure proper representation and presentation of company products and capabilities.

Ensure electronic warfare requirements; FMS and EW expert; advise government officials and senior military members on international EW software, management systems, and aircraft requirements

Develop USAF EW and IO technologies and programs to ensure integration between DoD, government academia, industry and international partners; develop national disclosure policy and EW policy for the NDP committee for international EW disclosures; lead for developing over-arching IMD policy and process for the F-35

Research new EW and IO technologies and programs to ensure integration between DoD, government academia, industry and international partners; program management, conference director; establish AOC with a Facility Clearance Letter; responsible for security aspects of conferences; develop relationships and bring strategic partners to the IOI's Conference in Hawaii from Japan, Australia, and the UK to address key Pacific Theater concerns
