Kent is the President of Vanguard Renewables' Organics Solutions Division. In this role he will help execute the the expansion of the Company's service offerings and oversees a robust team of national experts in organics material management solutions, logistics, and hauling to provide diversion services for food and beverage manufacturers, retailers, and institutions across the contiguous United States. As a CEO, COO and independent consultant he leverages his 30+ years of experience in the environmental and industrial services sectors to advise middle market companies on mergers and acquisitions, transactions, and turnarounds. He has a proven track record of working with boards of directors and equity partners to transform and grow businesses across multiple geographies and subsectors.As the CEO of Patriot Environmental Services, he successfully executed a strategic sale to a buyer with three equity partners in June 2022, after a two-year transformation of the company. He also served as a senior executive at Clean Harbors, Envirosystems, and Maviro, where he led operations, sales, and innovation initiatives that added value to each company's portfolio. Kent holds an M.B.A from Northeastern University and a B.S. in Environmental Science from the University of Maine. He is passionate about delivering high-quality services, enhancing customer satisfaction, and creating positive social and environmental impacts.
