Kent joined Physician’s Office Resource in June 2012 as S.V.P., Managing Director to develop and formalize the pharmaceutical business operations of the PharmaCONNECT™ business unit. With overall responsibility for business and client service execution, Kent is a technology and digital marketing veteran with over 22 years of senior-level experience in digital pharmaceutical and interactive marketing companies. Prior to PharmaCONNECT™, Kent served as S.V.P. Client Services of Group DCA, a PDI Company (NASD: PDII) providing contract sales organization (CSO) and integrated digital promotion tools to the OTC, Rx, and clinical diagnostic industries. During his tenure, he expanded the company’s core capabilities to serve clients at the enterprise level, developing strategic partnerships with such companies as Pfizer, Purdue and Bristol-Myers Squibb. Prior to Group DCA, Kent served as a V.P. Client Service & Strategy at TMX Communications. Under Kent’s direction, TMX was recognized four years in a row by the Web Marketing Association as the IAC “Agency of the Year” for outstanding web design and digital marketing. A Pennsylvania native, Kent holds a B.S. in Business Technology and resides in Phoenixville, PA with his wife Jennifer and their 3 children.
