I collaborated with business controllers, finance leaders and internal functional leads and directed a team of 70 global employees with 11 direct reports. Highlights of my accomplishments include:• As interim chief accounting officer, revamped the monthly close process from 30 days to 5 days.• Collaborated with an international team in London to steer a transition from 20 day to 5 day reporting in 2 months.
