This includes the entire infrastructure from the customer Optical Network Terminal (ONT) through the network infrastructure to the data (ATM, routers, gateways, etc.), video head end, and voice services provider (traditional POTS or VoIP). This project covers any technicians or engineers who are involved on the active components within this type of network. Overall program gives full training to install and maintain this technology using multiple modes of content delivery.

These packages includes all aspects of tier one and tier two support of Internet services, desktop support for ADSL, IDSL, ISDN and dialup access to Qwest’s network. This includes the entire infrastructure from the customer modem through the network infrastructure to the ISP (ATM, routers, gateways, etc.) This project covers all newly hired DSL technicians in a demand call center of several hundred employees as well as contractors in Qwest 13 state territory. Reduced time to train new hires by over 50% of traditional training cycle through integrated learning techniques.

Includes needs analysis, project management, research and development of new technologies, hardware/network integration providing lab environment, composition of student textbook, marketing and selling training sessions, and creating client-billing statements.• Designed a custom training package to the exacting specifications of the client for a new technology. Package includes all aspects of technology, Internet server website and internet routing, customer authentication replicating existing Internet conditions, and installation requirements. This project generated over 2.5 million in revenue in 2 years and was instrumental in setting corporate policy of several companies regarding deployment, installation, inventory, and maintenance.
