-Provides excellent service and support to our customers through phone and email.-Deals with all forms of domain inquiries in a polite and professional manner.-Manages difficult customers in a cool, calm, and composed manner and providesalternative solutions to permanently or temporarily fix client issues.-Provisions all domain registrations with an intensive check for each requirements -Deals with the pending application and renewals for domain registration for both ccTLDs and gTLD and activates products or services that are associated with the domain name.-Escalates domain-related issues to other departments (SysAd, Devs, etc) for cases thatneed further checking.-Provides assistance to offline and online staff related to domain processes.-Provides well-timed assistance to all assigned tickets and especially to customers withchange of ownership requests and validates the accuracy of the documents provided by thecustomers.-Attends to phishing cases forwarded by individual or organizations instantaneously.
