Primary responsibilities are to manage specific complex capital construction projects with total project costs exceed $50M. Having advanced knowledge of project management processes and controls to accomplish project objectives by planning and evaluating project activities with some indirect supervision. Have direct reports or matrixed subordinate team members, including regular analytical and metric-based reporting to Senior staff, Executive Governance Committees, and external stakeholders.

Primary responsibility for assisting the development of the Philadelphia aviation practices and projects, including providing additional support for the national aviation practice. Overall responsibilities include staff development, project production, quality control and marketing. Also include function in a Senior Project Manager capacity for aviation projects. Assist in management and development of multi-discipline teams. Responsible tp develop strong production capabilities with Project Managers and leadership teams in regional offices. Possess strong communication/listening skills, as well as soundleadership/organizational skills.
