Land Owner of the busiest land of the busiest Theme Park on the Planet. Cheerfully acted as the chief steward for all Guest experiences in Tomorrowland. Park Duty Manager and Tomorrowland Safety Champion. Completed all foundational work for TRON Lightcycle Run.

Led the Fantasyland Attractions Team through all three phases of construction as the land remained open throughout this major transformation. By the Grand Opening for Phase 3, the team had grown to 15 front-line salaried leaders and an area leader, a cast base of 500+.

Selected to lead the largest Park Operations Area in all of Walt Disney World. Responsible for around-the clock cleanliness of The Magic Kingdom Park, Utilidor, Walt Disney Ticket and Transportation Center, Monorails, Ferry Boats, Parking Lots, Disney University, and 40% of Disney Roadways. I led 4 area leaders, 30 front-line salaried leaders, and over 800 hourly Cast Members. Had an annual operating budget in excess of $20 million.

Chosen to simultaneously lead both of the Attractions Operations areas in Africa at Disney's Animal Kingdom post 2008 financial crisis. Leveraged economies of scale to maximize efficiency and reduce costs during a period of significant financial tightening.

Responsible for The Land Pavilion, Imagination Pavilion, and The Seas Pavilion. 10 leaders and approximately 300 Cast Members. Re-opened The Land Boat Ride, without spielers, Opened the Seas with Nemo and Friends and Turtle Talk with Crush, Opened Sorin' interactive queue experience.

Selected to be the first Walt Disney Parks Safety Auditor reporting to the Chief Safety Officer. Implemented a four tier Global Audit process for all Disney Parks. Incorporated a process for incident investigation for serious ride related incidents.

Selected to be an integral part of the formation of a new line of business for Attraction Operations at Walt Disney World. This group is an umbrella group that reached across all four Florida Theme Parks, the two Water Parks and focused on driving the four keys (Safety, Courtesy, Show, Efficiency) for Attraction Operations, Custodial, Parking, Guest Relations, Slide Ops, and Duty Manager Program.
