Responsible for:-Product follow up-Lab and prototype assembly-Customer design project-Electric design

-Make design of electric system of compressor. -Lead the VSD project(CtP) to develop the variable speed compressor.-Make proposal and cost analysis of customer design.-Responsible for the compressor prototype testing

Take response for all steps of automation design and execute including system design, choosing right equipment, electrics design, programming, on-site test and so on. And take response for coordination with the customers, learning customer’s need and arrange the things in time. The project including semi-conductor industrial Chiller water system, air condition system, compressor air system, PCW system and so on. *Skilled in use of Siemens PLC200/300/400, AB PLC, and familiar with Mitsubishi PLC. *Skilled in use of HMI softwares such as Intouch，Wincc and so on; Skilled in use configuration software of Siemens, Proface touch panel. *Familiar with all the steps of the project, ensure the project proceed according to the plan. *Skilled in use and choose the automatic equipment. *Skilled in use of industry communication including Ethernet、on-site BUS、Modbus and so on. *Skilled in control box design and test. *Rich experience in on-site test.
