Honor Run Foundation is a registered 501c3 non-profit organization that consists of seven unpaid board members. Primary mission is raising money for the Tri State Honor Flight organization in sending veterans to visit their memorials in Washington D.C. and Habitat For Humanity of Cincinnati to help support a local veteran home repair. This year will be the fourth year of our biggest event, the St. Elizabeth Healthcare Honor Run Half Marathon, Honor Run 2 Person Relay, Nature Nate's Honor Run Half Marathon 5K and Honor Run Kids One Mile that will be held on Veteran’s Day weekend Sunday November 12th, 2017. The event has continued to grow as 2016 race was our biggest to date with over 1,200 runners from a variety of states and an increase of $18,000 from previous year. Honor Run Foundation donated $50,000 to Honor Flight Tri State and $8,000 to Habitat for Humanity of Cincinnati in 2016. Responsibilities/Accomplishments:• Direct marketing businesses and corporations by gaining interest in sponosoring our event, scheduling and conducting meetings to propose the three levels of sponoroing opporunties• Maintaining mutual support of organization mission lines up to the foundation mission in building a lasting relationship by maintaining contact with vendors• To date, created a Title Sponsor, Presenting Sponsors, and Bronze Sponosors, that consists of 30 major corporations and small business• Attend running expos with booth to direct market the race and monitor the return on investment from two large expos- Flying Pig Marathon (Cincinnati, OH) and Bluegrass Marathon (Lexington, KY)

Currently serves as Senior Vice President approving authority on reviewing and approving all academic HR transactions including payment requests, managing cost Center budget, candidate hiring proposals in SuccessFactors, and other HR forms; review, investigate and approve/reject Personnel Change Requests (PCR's) in UCFlex and be the secondary point of contact for HR questions from Colleges/Units; prepare, issue, receive and process Payroll Exception Reports for Provost Office and Deans; review and approve time entries for hourly employees who utilize the timekeeping system; serve as the lead contact for timekeeping system within the Provost Office; and manages the ProvostHR inbox. Additionally Manage HR operations within the Undergraduate Affairs unit led by the Undergraduate Affairs Vice Provost.

Responsible of being the face of the army within the northern Kentucky area. Direct calling, marketing, and event planning in getting the message of the Army out within the community. Time management skills and setting daily calendar in order to meet the needs of staying organized to meet daily goals. Continuously build rapport with local COI and VIP within the community and assisting all local high schools and colleges to market the Army. Public speaking on local and national stages on promoting the Army in a professional manner.

Responsible for training Soldiers, families, and DOD employees on living a better life by learning how to do so in an optimistic way. Trained over 3,000 individuals on how to reduce stress and to overcome challenging situations by understanding ones thought process. The core components of self awareness, self regulation, character traits, mental agility, connection, and communication. Conducting training in excessive of over 600 hours of training leaders to better individuals while being able to coach, train, and mentor subordinates. Spoke in small groups and large groups and requested to be guest speaker at variety of organizations for positive and uplifting messages.

Served as a clerk, team leader, and HR Manager throughout my time as a Human Resource Specialist. My responsibility includes: finance and payroll, personnel manning, awards, promotions, evaluations, vacation, life insurance, and legal. Served as direct liaison to higher management on overall strength and status for all personnel assigned to unit.
