Developed custom SQL in support of CMDB integration from Symantic Altiris to CA Service Desk. Administration of automation and ticketing systems (CRM) using HTML, SQL, Java Script. Including extensive work in SQL databases writing complex queries, stored procedures and views. Assisted in development of in-house CRM including creation of new SQL databases. Administered automation system (KnowledgeSync) in support of CRM systems. This required SQL and MS Access queries and table management. Assisted with implementation of CA Service Desk. Created new SQL tables needed to integrate legacy systems in support of CA Service Desk implementation. Primary Administrator for CA Service Desk. This includes customizations and daily trouble-shooting. Developed custom SQL queries to manage and enhance CA Service Desk system. Managed reporting systems and created reports. This includes Symantic Altiris, Crystal reports and internal custom reports in XSL format. Worked on product planning and prototyping. Performed back-up and restore duties in SQL databases in support of CRM system. Gave work assignments to staff of entry level Administrators.
