I manage and administer natural resource projects with ranchers, farmers, winegrape growers, land trusts, NGO’s and various agencies. I provide guidance for land managers to not only think outside the box, but to get out of the box. We work together to manage resources in a holistic context. This is about Life, Livelihood, and Land. I do this through one on one work with clients, facilitation of diverse groups for land planning, and workshops that I plan, organize, implement and teach. Clients include the Rancher to Rancher Network or R2R (Funded through Regenerative Agriculture Foundation, 11th Hour Project, Tides Foundation, Paicines Ranch & TomKat Ranch Education Foundation), Land Trust of Napa County, Santa Lucia Conservancy, Sequoia Riverlands Trust, Sierra Foothill Conservancy, Sierra Nevada Conservancy; Environmental Defense Fund; Sustainable Conservation; Livestock & Land Program; Sustain Environmental, Inc.; Lodi Winegrape Commission; California Sustainable Winegrowing Alliance; Placer, Monterey, and San Benito County Resource Conservation Districts; Hollister Ranch; Baumgartner Ranch, El Rancho Cienaga del Gabilan, and Summit Ranch. The High Sierra Pack Station has been family owned and operated since 1948. As a third generation packer, John Cunningham has been packing in the heart of the Western Sierras since he was a boy. John and Jenise Cunningham have been the sole owners of the High Sierra Pack Station since 1980 .
