Kent has designed and managed construction and operation of private sector, municipal and county infrastructure; including highways, schools, parks, libraries, stormwater systems and pump stations, sanitary sewers and pump systems, potable and reclaimed water systems, recreational fields, and landscape irrigation. Kent specializes in the integration of advanced three dimensional computer aided design with modeling techniques that fuse laser scanning, LIDAR, and high resolution UAV imagery to augment, expedite, optimize and validate engineering designs. His software and hardware expertise include ten years working with Leica laser scanners, Cyclone Scan, Cyclone Model, Cyclone Cloudworx, hands on proficiency with AutoCAD® Civil3d Surfaces, Gravity Pipes, Parcels and Corridor Modeling, as well as Autodesk Storm and Sanitary Sewer Analysis for stormwater runoff and dynamic stormwater system analysis. Licensed Professional Engineer with a Bachelor of Science - BS focused in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech. FAA part 107 licensed UAS pilot.
