Kent is the founder of 46:10 Ministries, a company which provides supportive daily reflections and Bible verses, and positive public speaking resources.Previously, Kent was the General Electric Aviation Military Sourcing Compliance Leader, with overall responsibility to ensure Sourcing processes and compliance, for all Aviation Military programs, by partnering closely with the Aviation MSO team, and with government agencies, DCAA, DCMA, DLA, and the USG service branches. Kent Served on numerous Industry and Government councils and has been an active member of the Aerospace Industries Association (AIA) Supply Management Council (SMC) for 12 years. Kent attended Northwood University, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a BBA in Business Management, and a MBA in Business Strategy and Leadership. Kent has worked in compliance and auditing for 43 years at Allied Signal, United Airlines, Rolls-Royce, and now GE Aviation . While at Rolls-Royce, Kent and team were awarded the Purchasing Excellence award in 2013, were runner-ups to Procurement's Exemplary Leadership award for 2017 and again in 2018, and were finalists for the 2017 & 2018 Pride in Procurement awards. Kent's team was also a 2013, 2017, and 2018, President's award nominee, and a 2017 & 2018 Trusted to Deliver Excellence award nominee. Kent also received a Department of Defense commendation for his work with DCMA to develop an Industry Leading process to manage compliance to the Specialty Metals clause of the Berry Amendment. Kent is also recognized by the Institute for Supply Management as a Certified Professional of Supply Management (CPSM) and is an IRCA globally certified Lead Auditor.
