Managed / led research in a variety of disciplines including mechanisms, optics, organic chemistry, software, algorithms, color science and nano-technology for development of product technologies related to digital printers, scanners, displays, analytical equipment and computers. Authored / co-authored 50+ U.S. patents. Managed interdisciplinary teams of engineers and scientists over 20 year period.

Held a variety of positions in R&D, product and manufacturing process development and production support related to electronic instrumentation, hand-held calculators, printers and computer systems. Developed expertise in polymers (plastics, photopolymer systems), litho printing systems, design for manufacturability, product development cycles.
