The task set out for me was successfully completed. Other projects include being based at the Cape Town International Convention Centre as Maintenance Technician onsite. Duties at CTICC include maintaining the CCTV, Access, BMS, Intercom, Fire Alarm and PA/Evacuation systems as well as all administration relating to the different systems. Ordering of the necessary equipment and spares thereof. 24 Hour stand-by 7 days a week. Setting up and printing of the necessary administrator documents to perform their daily tasks. Dealing one on one with client queries as well as operator queries.

My responsibilities included; repairing, commissioning and programming their fire alarm system namely, Ziton ZP3 Addressable Fire Detection System I was the only one from my company willing to accept this once in a lifetime challenge and I succeeded to a great extent.
