My role is overseeing the renowned MIO Italian restaurant and Cai Yi Xuan Chinese restaurant from the beginning. Since Oct, 2012. I started leading the Cai Yi Xuan restaurant, Banquet team, Tea Garden and Rooms Service, a total of 4 managers and 67 staff.My main responsibilities include planning festive promotions of outlets, guiding the outlet managers to deliver and exceed revenue goals, monitoring the food & beverage that is always at the best standards, walking through daily operations to ensure the high quality guest service, building relationship with the hotel guests and actively managing staff career development. As a leader of the Banquet team, I coordinated and guided the banquet operations to ensure seamless in-house and outside catering events. I also planned the creative rooms service setup for all hotel guests and VIP.In addition, I had in-charge mooncake design and selling for 3 consecutive years since the hotel's opening.

My role is leading 6 restaurants including Ichiba Japanese restaurant, The Garden Chinese restaurant, Glass House, Rooms Service, Retail Shop and Banquet operations, with total 6 managers and 50 staff. Worked towards planning and setup procedures for restaurants, training of staff and providing regular feedback to staff to improve overall food and beverage operations.I took the responsibility in P&L control, budget forecast, monthly re-forecast, O.E. Inventory plan, breakage control & analysis, manning forecast, laboratory cost control, manager weekly roaster review, evaluation plan and daily monitoring for all outlets.

I was suporting team for IRD for Grand Hyatt Shen Zhen, then there was a chance for me join to be Chinese restaurant manager name of 1881, also as ltlian restaurant manager for 6 month, wass be all day dinning restaurant manager and same time look after lobby lounge

I had transfer from Grand Hyatt Beijing to Park Hyatt Beijing as Chief Butler, that position is senior manager position, main purpose to look after that 18 suites inclusive presidential suite under by rooms

I join as assistant manager of IRD, then one years all day dinning restaurant, then promotion as IRD manager from 2004. I was cross training 2 weeks to Grand Hyatt Hong Kong on 2005, and as supporting team to support Hyatt regency manila casino on 2006, also support to opening IRD for Hyatt Regency Jingjin City on 2007
