My 25+ year career has taken me from Program Manager of Blackboard’s Global Professional Services Business Unit to VP of Product Delivery at a technology startup to my most recent combined role as COO and leader of the Program Management Office (PMO) at Syndicus NACON, a cybersecurity software development and staffing company.I have successfully managed multimillion-dollar programs across multiple business units and geographies, requiring effective communication with cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and identifying and mitigating risks to ensure on-time and on-budget program delivery. Additionally, I lead teams through all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation support.In my COO role, I’ve been responsible for strategic planning, operational efficiency, budgetary planning, Profit & Loss (P&L), vendor/partner management, contract negotiations, talent acquisition and training, and our business enterprise systems’ performance and security compliance.
