Born in Japan in 1975, he moved to England at the age of 18. After graduating from an Art & Design University in Kent, he gained 14 years of working experience at global agencies like Digitas, AKQA, and Collective. During this time, he specialized in creating digital brand experiences for clients such as Honda, Nike, Jaguar, and the British Olympic Association. He also took on leadership roles, managing design teams and raising creative standards within the agencies.In 2012, he embarked on an around-the-world journey for 2 years, before returning to Japan. Upon his return, he began a freelance career in Tokyo, collaborating on digital projects for national brands like Canon, Panasonic, and Seibu Sogo, while also providing advisory support to startups.In 2018, he joined Goodpatch, a design consulting firm dedicated to empowering startups and global enterprises by developing digital services and brand communications. Since January 2023, he has served as CEO of Studio Details, a creative boutique with offices in Tokyo, Nagoya and Osaka.
