I have close to a decade of combined experience in marketing and customer success. Most recently, I spent the last 4.5 years working for a SaaS startup in Series A funding. I was the 2nd person onour customer success team and soon became the head of the department. As head of the department, I was responsible for building and introducing the customer success program, hiring newmembers to join the team, and maintaining the highest level of support across our clients. Beingat a startup, I wore as many hats as needed to help us succeed and I understand the value of stayingopen-minded and flexible to changing business needs especially when building out a brandnew program in the company.Prior to that, and even during my time in customer success, I managed, created, and optimized pay-per-click campaigns for clients of all sizes on Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube. I am a results-oriented and analytics-driven strategist that loves diving deep into data to help find new opportunities and leverage trends to help grow reach company goals. I love to golf, basketball, being outdoors (hiking, running, riding bikes, etc.), and traveling.
