The Trial Technology Analyst provides technology-related services and support for trials, arbitrations, and presentations, including electronically presenting evidentiary materials in a courtroom setting, setting up and supporting remote offices, and closely working with lawyers and clients to formulate plans for the most effective use of technology and graphics.Essential functions:Working closely with lawyers to provide in-court (or arbitration, mediation, etc.) electronic presentation of evidentiary materials through technology such as Trial Director and PowerPointConsulting with lawyers and clients regarding the most effective use of technology and graphics (e.g., options for in-court presentation of evidence, how to best setup technology in a courtroom or temporary remote office)Planning the setup of and providing on-site technology support for temporary remote officesCoordinating with other administrative groups, other law firms, courthouses, clerks, and outside trial and graphics vendors as necessaryDocumenting recommended practices for trial-related activities and instructing others on those practices when appropriateWhen not supporting trials, assisting the Practice Technology Services team as needed

The Litigation Support Specialist II is responsible for performing high level analytical tasks in litigation support. These tasks include (but are not limited to) applying the analytical skills and experience to: solving problems, research software applications to database management, document productions, script creation, preparing data for trial, vendor management, training and providing support for Litigation Support applications. These positions will receive work and direction from both the Manager and the Senior Litigation Support Specialists. These individuals can also work independently on case projects when necessary.A Litigation Support Specialist II should be methodical and organized. They must be able to multi-task, and operate well under time constraints and similar influences. Above average written and oral communication skills are required, as are the ability to cultivate customer relationships, and relationships with co-workers.
